Netmarble Neo has revealed that Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE will be launching on Xbox Series consoles and PC.
Although the PC version will be launched first through the Microsoft Store this fall, Xbox Series players will have to wait until 2026 to get their hands on the game, however. The game is a four-player cooperative action RPG based on the popular webtoon series.
It’s unclear if Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is an update to the free-to-play Solo Leveling: ARISE game that’s already available, or if this is a completely separate version that might not be free-to-play.

Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE follows the story of Sung Jinwoo, who starts as an E-Rank hunter and grows to become the powerful Monarch of Shadows. The game follows the webtoon’s story to life while adding new exclusive content for the game. In this game, players can experience the main story alone or team up with three other players for cooperative raids against tough boss enemies called Commanders, where you can play as Jinwoo or choose other hunter characters.

The game focuses on action-packed combat with different weapons and skill combinations. For instance, players can dodge attacks, counter enemies with perfect timing, and build their fighting style through a skill tree that branches into eight different job paths. As Jinwoo grows stronger, players unlock his Monarch abilities and can transform into the “Ultimate Monarch of Shadows” through a special awakening system that changes based on different combat situations.

Players can obtain and craft weapons, such as Kasaka’s Venom Fang and the Demon King’s Daggers, from the original webtoon.
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is now available for wishlist on the Microsoft Store or the Xbox app on PC.
